Event Parking
There is no onsite parking. During large events parking is available on the streets surrounding Western Springs Stadium (please be aware that some streets may be closed for the event delivery). Mobility Parking Onsite parking is available for patrons who hold a valid mobility permit. If you are attending a concert and require mobility parking, please email info@aucklandstadiums.co.nz with your permit number, event name and date to register. Your permit will also need to be presented on entry. Please note exit from the carpark can be delayed following the conclusion of the show to allow for safe pedestrian movement. Mobility parking is limited therefore is strictly reserved for patrons who hold a mobility permit. Campervan/Motorhome Parking Campervan/Motorhome parking is not available onsite. You can locate nearby camping sites at https://campable.com/ Coach Parking If you are bringing a group to an event by coach please email info@aucklandstadiums.co.nz to enquire about coach parking. |

PUBLIC TRANSPORT :

Travel on Special Event buses, trains and Northern Express (NEX) services is included with your concert ticket. Present your ticket when boarding to redeem your free travel and remember to keep your concert ticket for the ride home.
Special Event buses will depart outside 4 Mayoral Drive (behind Aotea Centre) to Western Springs Stadium from 4:30pm. Special Event buses operate for one hour after the event has finished, or until the crowd has cleared. Train services will operate to and from the city via the Western, Eastern, Southern (including Manukau) and Onehunga lines. These services travel to Britomart Station in Downtown Auckland. Ticket holders can use train services to transfer to/from Special Event buses at no cost from 4:00pm until the end of daily service. Alternatively, train services on the Western Line travel to Morningside train station, which is approximately 20-25 minutes walking distance to Western Springs Stadium. NEX services depart Albany Station towards Downtown Auckland every 10 minutes until 7:15pm and then every 15 minutes until midnight. Ticket holders can use NEX services to transfer to/from Special Event buses at no cost from 4:30pm until the end of daily service. Last bus departs Downtown Auckland at 3am. |

Authorised Sellers
Please only purchase tickets from the authorised ticketing agent (Ticketmaster). We cannot guarantee the validity or authenticity of tickets purchased from third party sellers such as Viagogo or individuals selling on Trade Me. Is my seat covered? Western Springs is an entirely open air venue. Umbrellas may not be erected within the stadium during events so if rain is predicted, please bring a poncho or raincoat. Children This is an all ages event however all patrons (including babies) must hold their own ticket. |
